Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required).
• Driver's license (DMV).

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy and specimen processing as required.
• Adherence to Safety and Infection Control practices.
• Customer service to clinicians and clients.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and laboratory associates.
• Communicate with patients and families; use service recovery where necessary.
• Associated computer tasks (LIS, e-Source).
• Training new employees and students.
• Adherence to regulatory compliance (NPSG, CAP, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS, policies).
• Maintaining competencies and mandatory education (ACE).
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
