Qualifikationen

• MT/MLT/CVT/RVT options with 4-year degree are acceptable.
• 2-year or 4-year degrees with lab experience are considered.

Aufgaben

• Prepare biological specimens for testing in hematology, urinalysis, serology, chemistry, endocrinology, parasitology, cytology and coagulation.
• Operate high-throughput analyzers, microscopes and diagnostic equipment for various sample types.
• Set up tests, review results and release findings per SOPs.
• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on analyzers as required.
• Troubleshoot one major department analyzer and review QC reports.
• Handle and store biological specimens according to SOPs.
• Maintain clean, organized lab workspace and adhere to waste disposal guidelines.
• Document maintenance, environmental and cleaning logs; log supplies and shipments.
• Prepare specimens for offsite shipment following DOT and regulatory standards.
