Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician to join our on-site Gilbert lab. You will support day-to-day sterile lab operations, assist compounders, and ensure accuracy in labeling, packaging, and documentation while upholding Strive quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and an Arizona Pharmacy Technician license, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear full PPE. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, with a $2/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or ability to obtain before start.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to wear PPE and lift up to 50 pounds, with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lab Support & Compound Prep: assist with prep tasks, labeling, and equipment washing.
• Packaging & Quality Control: accurately pack non-sterile dosage forms per Strive standards.
• Inventory & Supply Management: monitor stock, restock supplies, and flag discrepancies.
