Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Florida Laboratory Personnel licensure in all areas or eligibility.
• Two years with a Bachelor's degree or four years with an Associate’s degree.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate laboratory processes and shifts for efficient daily operations.
• Oversee quality control activities and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Troubleshoot complex technical, operational, and customer service issues.
• Develop and update laboratory policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Perform analytical testing with high technical accuracy and report results.
• Foster relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital departments.
• Collaborate with Laboratory Leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a respectful, collaborative environment.
