Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years courier/delivery experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license in the operating state.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or major moving violations in 5 years.
• Comfortable using mobile tech, GPS, and delivery apps.
• Professionalism, reliability, strong work ethic.
• Basic lab operations knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with lab safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport samples between customer locations and laboratories.
• Deliver on time and in proper condition with chain-of-custody documentation.
• Use routing and driving apps to receive assignments, follow routes, log stops, and upload photos.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service during pickups and deliveries.
• Follow all policies and driving regulations; report incidents per procedures.
• Assist with routine vehicle checks for safe operation.
• Coordinate with lab staff on schedules and priorities.
• Complete FDA collections and required photo documentation for warehouse or freezer samples.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional work environment.
• Participate in team initiatives and support department goals.
• Complete required training and adhere to safety standards.
