Job summary

Certified Group is seeking a Courier I to handle safe and timely pickup and delivery of food and environmental samples to and from laboratory facilities. You will help maintain sample integrity and support lab operations.

You will provide outstanding customer service while adhering to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. The role requires using routing and delivery apps, smartphones, and GPS for efficient routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years courier/delivery experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the operating state.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs in 5 years.
• Comfortable using mobile delivery apps and GPS.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport samples between locations.
• Deliver on time and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
• Use routing and driving apps to receive assignments and follow routes.
• Provide professional customer service during pick-up and delivery.
• Follow driving regulations and report incidents per procedures.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and coordinate with lab staff on sample schedules.
• Complete FDA collections and required photo documentation as needed.
