Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of delegated, interdependent, and independent nursing services.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary plan of care within patient care standards.
• Assess patient needs, plan and educate across the continuum.
• Discharge planning collaboration with patient/family and team.
• Administer medications and therapies per policy, monitor responses.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain documentation per guidelines.
