The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards. A BSN or nursing diploma with active RN license is required, with BLS certification expected within two weeks of hire.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Preferred Job Requirements: Acute care hospital experience.

Responsabilidades

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, performs assessments, develops care plans, administers medications, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• The RN ensures patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
