Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• ACLS, BLS, NRPA, AWHONN Advanced certifications are required
• Must have valid RN license and current certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient and family assessments spanning physiological, spiritual, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and coordinate daily patient care plans.
• Provide patient-centric care and ensure continuity of care across departments.
• Mentor newly hired staff and orient other nursing staff as needed.
