Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience would be a plus.
• Willingness to work the overnight shift (12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.).
• Able to perform kitchen cleaning and dishwashing duties.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sweeps and mops floors to maintain a safe environment.
• Performs pot, dish, glass, and silverware washing.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment including kettles, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Performs dish/buffet runner duties.
