Job summary

Guardian Fire Services, via Premier Fire Protection, is seeking a Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician in Bristol, TN. You’ll visit client sites to perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, with hands-on training provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work third shift; when businesses/restaurants are closed.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background and substance screening.
• Previous experience in electrical, mechanical, construction, or landscaping is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and degreasing of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, fans, and related components.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pressure washers, ladders, and hoses.
• Ensure all work meets compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Complete required documentation and submit inspection and cleaning reports promptly.
• Communicate any job-site issues or additional service needs to management.
