Job summary

Premier Fire Protection, a Guardian Fire Services Company, is seeking a Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician in Bristol, TN. You will perform cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems with hands-on training provided to help you succeed in a vital role within fire safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and substance screening.
• Willingness to work third shift (6:00 PM - 4:00 AM) with occasional variations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and degrease kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and filters.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pressure washers and hoses.
• Ensure all work complies with fire safety regulations and standards.
• Document and report inspections and cleaning results promptly to management.
