Job summary

Bral Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Night Shift Service Technicians for Filta Southeast Michigan to perform deep cleaning of commercial kitchens, fryer cleaning, and oil microfiltration on route-based schedules.

You will work independently at night (5:30 PM start, 10–12 hour shifts) four days a week, with paid training and benefits. This hands-on role rewards reliability, teamwork, and attention to safety in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required by insurance carrier.
• Reliable personal transportation to/from shop.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment and environments.
• Fryer cleaning and oil microfiltration services.
• Arrive on time and complete shifts reliably.
• Deliver high-quality customer service at each location.
• Manage time to complete service routes on schedule.
• Operate and maintain all company equipment.
• Maintain safe driving habits and clean service vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Use company service software/app.
