Bral Enterprises Inc. (Filta Southeast Michigan) seeks Fryer Service Technicians to perform on-site fryer cleaning and oil filtration for commercial kitchens, including restaurants, hospitals, cafeterias, and colleges. You will manage routes independently while supporting teammates as needed.

The role requires early 5:00 AM starts, 10–12 hour shifts, and a 4-day work week with minimal weekend work. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• This role is physically demanding and requires working in hot, non-climate-controlled commercial kitchen environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required by insurance carrier)
• Reliable personal transportation to/from the shop
• Ability to push, pull, and repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform fryer cleaning and oil microfiltration services on scheduled routes
• Service commercial kitchen clients in a professional and consistent manner
• Arrive on time and complete all scheduled routes reliably
• Deliver high-quality customer service at each location
• Manage time effectively to stay on schedule throughout the day
• Operate and properly maintain all company equipment
• Demonstrate safe driving habits and maintain clean, organized service vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management
• Accurately utilize company service software/app
• Work both independently and collaboratively when needed (team jobs, coverage, schedule adjustments)
