BRAL ENTERPRISES INC. (Filta Southeast Michigan) seeks Night Shift Service Technicians to deliver hands-on commercial kitchen deep cleaning, route-based fryer cleaning and oil filtration services, plus equipment cleaning support.

This role is ideal for dependable, self-driven individuals who work independently, yet support teammates when needed. It involves physical, hands-on work in a structured environment with PPE and safety procedures in place.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license (required) and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, twisting, scrubbing, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment and environments.
• Execute fryer cleaning and oil microfiltration services.
• Arrive on time and complete all scheduled shifts reliably.
• Deliver high-quality customer service at each location.
• Manage time effectively to complete service routes on schedule.
• Operate and properly maintain all company equipment.
• Demonstrate safe driving habits and maintain clean, organized service vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Accurately utilize company service software/app.
• Work both independently and collaboratively when needed.
