Advanced Fryer Solutions, LLC, an independent franchise of Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, is seeking dependable Overnight Fryer Service Technicians to service commercial kitchens in the Cleveland area. You will clean fryers, filter oil, and remove waste oil across multiple locations each night.

This role requires overnight availability, independent work, and strong attention to safety. You will drive a company vehicle, complete notes via a mobile app, and contribute to a growing team

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Comfortable working overnight hours with start times between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial fryers and operate fryer filtration equipment.
• Filter and extend the life of cooking oil; pump and remove waste oil.
• Service 5–9 customer locations nightly.
• Complete work orders and service notes via a company mobile app; take before/after photos.
• Build professional relationships with customers and follow safety procedures.
