Job summary

Jobot client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician for night shifts in Canton, MA. The role involves troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Requires MA licensed Journeyman, 5+ years of industrial experience, and proficiency with conduit, testing equipment, and electrical drawings. Night schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, 6pm-6am.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Massachusetts or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance electrician experience.
• Experience wiring EMT and Rigid conduit (1/2" to 2"), including kicks, saddles, 90s, offsets.
• Proficient in repairing, installing, testing electrical circuits and equipment; PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery: mechanical, electrical, PLC-controlled.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Run EMT and Rigid conduit and bend as required.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using Voltmeter, Ohmmeter, Megohmmeter; troubleshoot PLC lines.
