Job summary

AeroCore Technologies, LLC is seeking an Aviation Engine Wash Technician to support jet engine maintenance using our proprietary Nucleated Foam Technology. You’ll work with commercial and military teams on engine wash operations at MSY, running the wash, collecting runoff, and recording data.

This night-shift, field-based role is physically active, involves travel up to 30%, operating specialized equipment, and maintaining high safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent drug tests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Proven excellence following safety precautions around large equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities.
• Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles (inspecting/servicing).
• Drive and tow large vehicles on the airport ramp (flight line).
• Operate equipment safely and identify anomalies.
• Collect waste and dispose of waste stream properly.
• Coordinate schedules for aircraft availability.
• Communicate with customers and teammates and leadership.
• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Maintain professional appearance and service delivery.
