Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in janitorial/commercial cleaning services.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist the nightly cleaning crew.
• Perform and oversee all standard cleaning duties.
• Clean interior windows and restock restroom supplies.
• Ensure the parking lot and entrances are cleared of trash.
• Conduct end-of-shift walk-throughs and write detailed shift reports.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and secure the building.
