Infinity Nett Management LLC is seeking a dedicated janitor/custodian for a Memphis facility (38104 area). The role operates Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, maintaining safety, sanitization, and premium cleanliness per contract requirements.

The ideal candidate works fast within timed zones, has strong work ethic and stamina, and can move efficiently to complete assigned sections while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in professional janitorial, commercial cleaning, or custodial services.
• Proven capability to work at a fast, high-efficiency pace under structured time constraints.
• Strong attention to detail with an uncompromised commitment to meeting high cleanliness standards.
• Must have a reliable driver's license or independent transportation to ensure punctual arrival at the worksite in Memphis.
• Excellent physical stamina, including the ability to be on your feet for a 4-hour shift and comfortably lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Area & Zone Execution: Efficiently clean and maintain assigned timed building zones, ensuring all tasks are completed within designated shift timeframes.
• Floor Care: Vacuum carpets and perform mopping and sweeping of hard surface floors.
• Sanitization: Deep-clean, sanitize, and restock client restrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas daily.
• Waste Management: Empty interior trash/recycling bins and clear any loose debris from the exterior property/entry areas.
• Facility Detailing: Dust furniture, wipe high-touch fixtures, and clean windows or glass surfaces.
• Site Security: Lock doors and arm security systems once cleaning is finished.
• Reporting: Track tasks and notify the operations manager of hazards or shortages.
