Job summary

Worley is seeking an Ironworker General Foreperson for night shifts to lead a crew on industrial construction and maintenance projects. You will ensure safety, coordinate resources and materials, and maintain quality through clear direction and hands-on leadership.

You will plan and schedule work, review paperwork for accuracy, and train staff to achieve productive, cost-efficient outcomes while upholding a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs
• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost efficient method
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information
