Responsibilities

• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost efficient method.
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees.
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information.
