Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Inventory Control Technician in Pottsville, PA to manage cycle counts, data integrity, and shipping accuracy in our warehouse environment. You will compile records, verify order accuracy, and support inventory control across purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping activities, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, ability to lift 40 lbs, and endurance in temperature‑controlled settings.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain inventory records through daily cycle counts.
• Manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products.
• Order shipping materials and equipment to maintain inventory.
• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records.
• Consolidate data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock levels and replenishment needs.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, shrink issues.
• Locate products and assist in physical inventories.
• Verify shipping orders against catalogs and product lists.
• Review files to identify unused items and disposal needs.

• Sunday to Thursday | 6PM-4AM

Pay Range

$22/hour + $2 shift differential per hour

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories through daily cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration.
• Manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products.
• Order shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain inventory.
• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records.
• Consolidate data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Locate product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts, and assist in physical inventories.
• Verify accuracy of shipping orders using catalogs, manuals, product lists, and other references.
• Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.

Additional Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse material‑handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may vary depending on the facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
