Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor levels, and drive improvements across SAP-based processes. You will partner with Manufacturing, Production Planning, Quality, and Finance to ensure material availability and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have SAP inventory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to teach and learn in a fast-paced, nighttime shift environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory records across manufacturing warehouses and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction errors.
• Analyze inventory movements and recommend corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Support inventory reconciliation between physical inventory and ERP records.
• Execute and monitor SAP inventory transactions (GR, GI, transfers, stock movements).
• Ensure SAP master data accuracy for materials, storage locations, and batch controls.
• Develop and maintain SAP reports and inventory KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to ensure material availability and with Finance during audits.
