Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Albany, GA on a 3B shift with a starting pay of $20 per hour. The role ensures data accuracy between ERP records and physical counts, coordinating across departments to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a distribution setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with MS Office and warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify inventory issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and adjust inventory based on ERP data.
• Reconcile physical counts with system data to maintain accuracy.
• Operate forklift to replenish pick bins and move stock as needed.
• Identify damaged inventory and ensure proper bin location placement.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse conditions and report hazards.
• Collaborate with teams to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Flex into other roles as needed to support operations.
