Job summary

Moore in Frederick, MD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to direct all production on the 3rd shift in the inserting department, driving efficiency, productivity, and quality while overseeing daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of supervisory production experience, plus hands-on knowledge of WD Printing Machines, Flowmaster, and Phillipburg inserters. You will train staff and monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of production or supervisory experience.
• Experience with inserting equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of USPS regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production activities during the shift.
• Perform quality control checks throughout production.
• Train and supervise inserting department staff.
