Job summary

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional overnight patient care in our full-time night shift role. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, complete thorough assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient status throughout the night.

Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will develop and implement individualized care plans, document care in the EHR, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Night shift experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care and thorough assessments.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status during the night.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Document care in the EHR and ensure accurate charting.
