Job summary

Nutex Health, Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for 0.75 FTE night shifts at the Post Falls ER & Hospital. The RN will coordinate and deliver patient care in an emergency care setting, adhering to hospital policies and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license in the state, BCLS/CPR and ACLS certifications, and 2 years inpatient experience (Med/Surg or inpatient). English fluency and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice; graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BCLS/CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience as an inpatient RN in Med/Surg or inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with patients and families and collaborate with the care team on the plan of care.
• Coordinate treatment plans and develop discharge/transfer plans.
• Ensure safe care within budgetary constraints, manage supplies, productivity and quality of service.
• Promote professional growth, complete mandatory education, and mentor others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or department director.
