Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license or certification required.
• Vocational School Diploma or Associate Degree required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and report changes promptly.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs to support therapy goals and independence.
• Monitor vital signs and neurological status; respond to changes.
• Document progress and functional ability to guide care planning.
• Educate patients and families about recovery milestones, safety and self-care.
