Qualifications

• Quality improvement skills as a contributor in department activities.
• Strong knowledge of prior authorization process and documentation.
• Ability to assist with medication coordination for patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cytotoxic drugs and IV medications using aseptic technique.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with distribution of medications.
• Engage in patient interviews for medication reconciliation.
