Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a full-time Night Shift Pharmacy Technician to support our Inpatient Pharmacy in Pittsburgh. This position involves working 7 shifts on and 7 shifts off during the night shift, with responsibilities ranging from medication preparation to inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in pharmacy settings, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while providing quality service.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program or six months experience.
• Enrollment in an undergraduate pharmacy program in good standing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cytotoxic and hazardous medications using aseptic technique.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure secure storage of medications.
• Assist with investigational drugs' procurement and distribution.
