Job summary

UPMC Senior Communities in Pittsburgh is seeking a licensed pharmacist for the Night Shift in our inpatient pharmacy at UPMC St. Margaret. This full-time role runs 7 consecutive night shifts (8:45 PM–7:00 AM) with two weekends off per month, and on-site parking is available.

You will join a collaborative team, dispense medications, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise technicians, and provide drug information. A PharmD or B.S.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Pharmacist degree required: PharmD or B.S in Pharmacy.
• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in practicing state.
• Entry Level accepted; pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and verify orders to prepare and dispense medications for inpatient care.
• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions.
• Maintain formulary and promote rational drug therapy.
• Review patient medication records for allergies, interactions, and duplications.
