Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist eligible to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and dispense medications for inpatient and outpatient treatment per regulations.
• Identify and report adverse drug reactions promptly.
• Maintain formulary and promote rational drug therapy.
• Review patient medication profiles for allergies and interactions.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses to clarify orders.
• Provide drug information and educational programs to staff.
