Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow molding, injection molding, or related equipment according to procedures.
• Perform start-up, shut-down, and product changeovers as required.
• Inspect containers for quality (dimensions, appearance, weight, specs).
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time (logs, quality checks, downtime reports).
• Identify and report mechanical or quality issues to maintenance or supervision promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S and safety standards.
• Follow all safety policies; wear PPE at all times.
• Assist with basic maintenance or troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Communicate with team members, maintenance, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and product quality.
