M&M Industries is seeking a Process Technician for its Ohio manufacturing site to manage die, color, and material changeovers, and to startup, maintain and optimize injection molding machines to meet quality standards and production targets.

The role involves troubleshooting, assisting with new mold trials, and keeping accurate records of process adjustments and results, while collaborating with Engineering on samples.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Certification required; in-house training provided.
• RJG Training or Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, PRP, HACCP where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Follows safety policies and LOTO procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Sets up and adjusts injection molding machines, tooling for production runs.
• Monitors and optimizes molding processes for quality and cycle efficiency.
• Troubleshoots and resolves molding defects, deviations, and equipment malfunctions.
• Performs mold and material changeovers with proper setup, documentation, and team communication.
• Maintains detailed records of process parameters and troubleshooting activities.
• Uses a forklift and/or overhead crane to handle molds safely.
• Keeps a clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
• Collaborates with Engineering to develop samples for new molds and materials.
• Performs machine testing, process validation, and supports continuous improvement.
