Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience in a plastic manufacturing facility as a process technician/set up technician.
• Strong foundation in intermediate mathematics and quality measurements.
• Experience with mold tooling and components.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of molding processing and plastics.
• Systematic Molding I – RJG, Paulson, or equivalent accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain standard cycle times, product quality, and equipment performance.
• Prepare quality and production documentation prior to release.
• Set up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal.
• Start and operate injection molding machines.
• Pull and set injection molds.
• Ensure proper handling and care of materials, molds, and tooling.
• Contribute to a positive work environment aligned with company goals.
