Job summary

Essentra Components is hiring a Machine Operator for our Flippin, AR location on the 3rd shift (12am–8am). You will operate and maintain injection molding machines, monitor production, and ensure quality. The role requires safety compliance, teamwork, and willingness to train others.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs occasionally).
• Willingness to work third shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Injection Molding machines.
• Monitor production levels and process parameters to meet quality targets.
• Record downtime and complete required paperwork and data entry.
• Keep work area clean and safe; comply with safety regulations.
• Assist in training other operators as assigned.
