Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance on injection molding machines.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair PMI equipment with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on four injection molding machines according to schedule and manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; repair/replace components and update logs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and document parts usage and costs.
• Analyze machine performance, implement adjustments to improve uptime and quality.
• Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
