Qualifications

• Operate support machinery.
• Experience with thin wall injection molding.
• Familiarity with railcar pumps, Novatec system, Maguire blenders is a plus.
• SQF certification experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start up injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
• Develop and optimize processing parameters to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and adjust processes.
• Assist with mold changes and machine setups.
• Work with maintenance and QA to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Share knowledge with trainees.
• Read hydraulic and electrical schematics and mold drawings.
