Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution seeks a Shift Coordinator for the night shift to oversee production, QA checks, and inventory support in a 24-hour facility focused on plastic components for medical research and biotech environments. You will monitor lines, coordinate staff, and step in to cover machines as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Assurance checks to meet standards.
• Communicate with staff to disseminate responsibilities.
• Maintain inventory for production needs.
• Cover Injection Molding machines during breaks.
• Train new or assigned employees on duties and equipment.
• Enforce machine assignments as directed by Supervisor.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Operate basic computer systems for records.
