Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution operates a 24-hour facility and is seeking a Shift Coordinator for the night shift (Mon-Fri, 10:53pm-7:30am). You will inspect production, relay duties to staff, and ensure inventory supports production.

The role requires teamwork, self-motivation, and strong problem-solving abilities to keep operations running efficiently. The candidate should have injection molding experience or familiarity with related processes, plus solid organizational skills and the

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with injection molding preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Assurance checks to ensure standards and procedures are met.
• Communicate effectively to support continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
• Cover injection molding machines during lunch breaks.
• Manage material control: cycle counting and lot tracking.
