Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. is seeking a Painter for the night shift in Tulsa, OK. You will prepare materials and surfaces for painting, applying coatings such as alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, and urethane to metal and other substrates.

You will operate conventional and airless spray equipment, adjust nozzles, mix coatings, and ensure proper viscosity and flow. Safety compliance, teamwork, and willingness to learn LEAN processes are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year paint experience preferred or ability to learn.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Hourly full-time position; safety rules followed.

Responsibilities

• Operate conventional and airless spray equipment to apply finishes on metal and other surfaces.
• Mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, and zinc epoxies as prescribed.
• Adjust nozzles and monitor paint flow and viscosity.
• Clean paint lines and spray guns; perform preventive maintenance.
• Regulate temperature and air circulation in drying ovens.
• Follow safety rules; participate in safety committees if needed.
• Work as a team and contribute to a positive culture.
