Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC is hiring a Night-Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Hudson, WI. You will keep all equipment operating through preventive and as-needed maintenance, documenting repairs, and working the 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift.

The role offers a starting pay range of $28-34 per hour, with a $1/hour night shift differential and potential bonuses up to $3,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with extruders and/or cast film lines is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Interpret drawings and schematics of equipment to adjust, maintain or repair machinery properly.
• Respond to production requests and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per equipment manufacturer recommendations.
• Complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency regarding time and resources.
• Provide daily shift activity reports.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.
