Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Delmont, PA is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Maintenance Technology preferred, or HS Diploma with equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience using MPulse or other CMMS software, preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial power transmission and support equipment are a plus.
• Basic fabrication and welding skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in basic work order, mechanical, and electrical maintenance tasks.
• Valid forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operation experience.
• Strong understanding of quality control and measurement tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent math and computer skills.
• History of safe working behavior and practices.
• Must own and maintain a personal set of hand tools.
• Willingness to work flexible or alternate shifts based on production schedules.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 60 feet.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and dispose of waste per standards.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine PMs, repairs, and project work; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Fabrication & Technical Work: Read blueprints; fabricate brackets, supports, fixtures; use hand/power tools.
• Documentation & Systems: Document all work in MPulse CMMS; manage spare parts inventory.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Assist in equipment design/upgrades; contribute to process improvements; participate in 5S and TPM activities.
