Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Delmont, PA facility. This 3rd shift role (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance across production and support equipment, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will perform mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks, read blueprints, use CMMS software, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
Familiarity with power transmission and support equipment.
Basic fabrication and welding skills.

Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines and dispose of waste per standards.
Perform PMs, repairs, and project-based maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on equipment.
Document work in CMMS (PMs, repairs, projects).
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
