Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Maintenance AVG Technician to perform regular inspections and maintenance across the facility and packaging/production areas. The role involves inspecting, repairing, and implementing preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The technician will read schematics, work with diverse teams, and contribute to the maintenance budget, maintaining equipment inventories and ensuring electrical systems (including 480 3-phase)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• 2+ years in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic machinery.
• Experience in multiphase fast-paced production.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Strong electrical background, specifically 480 3-phase.
• Maintenance of industrial hydraulic equipment.
• Maintenance of electrical industrial machinery.
• Maintenance of mechanical industrial machinery (e.g., wrappers, packaging machines, conveyors, printers).
• Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and inventory to identify issues.
• Repair buildings, equipment, and damaged structures.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Plan and schedule repairs.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems.
• Perform maintenance tasks including preventive work.
• Help develop and implement the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies.
