Job summary

Can-One USA in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our night shift and support maintenance and repair of production equipment. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, document activities, and work safely with cross‑functional teams.

A high school diploma and 2+ years’ manufacturing maintenance experience are required, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and equipment documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Assist with equipment installations, rebuilds, modifications, and upgrades.
• Support machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers.
• Perform scheduled equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and completed repairs.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and assist with root cause analysis.
• Follow company safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues.
• Assist with maintaining and organizing maintenance parts and supplies.
• Participate in equipment reliability and continuous improvement activities.
