Job summary

Cruitin, LLC. seeks an experienced Manufacturing Technician for the 7pm–7am night shift. The role focuses on maintenance of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, welding/fabrication as needed, and contributing to safety, process improvements, and inventory management. 1+ years of related experience preferred; DOE compensation with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Manufacturing and/or Maintenance Technician experience.
• Experience with Hydraulics.
• Understanding of Automation equipment and conveyance.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience on industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair: perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnose issues.
• Electrical Systems Management: install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical control systems.
• Industrial Maintenance: maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding and fabrication as needed.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement equipment modifications to enhance efficiency.
• Safety and Compliance: follow OSHA safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
• Inventory Management: manage spare parts and maintenance supplies.
