Job summary

FastTrack Staffing in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a night shift role. Tasks include installation, testing, and preventative maintenance with safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience; electrician or mechanic certification is preferred, with English fluency and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Certification as an Electrician or Mechanic is preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and documentation of issues.
• Perform upgrades and improvements to machinery.

Job description

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Tech for an established manufacturer in the Jacksonville, FL area who will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as installation, preventative maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and more. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

Schedule: Nightshift; 6pm to 6am, 2/2/3 rotating schedule Pay: $25.66 - 29.63 / hour depending on experience

Job Duties of the Industrial Maintenance Tech:
