Job summary

FastTrack Staffing seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a Jacksonville, FL area manufacturer. The role covers maintenance tasks including installation, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, upgrades, and preventive work in a safety-focused environment.

Schedule is dayshift with a 6am–6pm 2/2/3 rotating pattern; pay ranges from $24.35 to $28.32 per hour depending on experience. Temp-to-hire with benefits after hire and a drug-free workplace with background check requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Certification as an Electrician or Mechanic is preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum performance of systems in facility.
• Perform installation and testing of systems.
• Inspect equipment for issues.
• Troubleshooting and documentation of issues.
• Perform upgrades and improvements to machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Comply with audit guidelines, GMP regulations, and other quality standards.
• Work safely with attention to LOTO guidelines and other sagely precautions.

Job description

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Tech for an established manufacturer in the Jacksonville, FL area who will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as installation, preventative maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and more. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

Schedule: Dayshift; 6am to 6pm, 2/2/3 rotating schedule. Pay: $24.35- 28.32/ hour depending on experience
